SCHEDULE

Working Model: Fully onsite, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
CONTRACT TERM
12-month contract with a very high likelihood of extension/conversion to full-time.
POSITION OVERVIEW

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for managing the weekly sales and order forecasts for specific segments of the client's Consumer Electronics (CE) business. This role requires strong relationship building with the client's retail channel partners as well as sales, marketing, operations, and logistics teams. The role actively coordinates S&OP planning and identifies risk and opportunity predicated on current forecasts, requiring individual work to provide analysis that is concise and actionable. A major responsibility is managing the weekly CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment) process with retail channel partners. Performance will be measured against assigned sales goals, channel inventory targets (Weeks of Supply/WOS), and forecast accuracy. The role also requires consistently identifying macro trends and producing a weekly risk analysis while measuring daily and weekly sales achievement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage weekly CPFR process with National Retail Customer Best Buy.
Build and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sell Thru units.
Ensure Order Management accuracy in the ERP system (SAP).
Identify potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve deltas.
Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
Provide daily involvement in managing S&OP escalations.
Manage and measure supply chain processes, including channel risk and shipping performance.
Be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building internally and externally.
Be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

High school diploma or GED required.
5-7 years of related experience required.
5+ years of experience in Planning/Forecasting.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing demands.
Customer-oriented.
Strong judgment.
Participative and collaborative in solving problems.
Ability to work in a high-demand environment and prioritize effectively.
Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
Analytical, with attention to detail and accuracy.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite.
