Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee company-wide sustainability strategies and programs
- Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics, including energy use, waste reduction, and carbon footprint
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into daily operations
- Lead sustainability audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Engage stakeholders, vendors, and partners to promote ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals
- Prepare and present sustainability reports and updates to senior leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sustainability management, environmental compliance, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, green certifications, and environmental regulations
- Experience with sustainability reporting tools and data analysis
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about environmental stewardship
