We are seeking a skilled Multicraft Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves a balance of 50% mechanical and 50% electrical troubleshooting and repairs on CNC equipment. You will work with a variety of CNC machines. Your tasks will include managing automatic tooling changes, troubleshooting, and performing repairs as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to operator calls and perform preventive maintenance assignments.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components such as VFDs, relays, vision systems, proximity switches, limit switches, sensors, contactors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Conduct minor fabrication and MIG welding when necessary.
  • Maintain facility lighting, exhaust fans, compressors, and manage AC/DC and 3-phase systems up to 480 volts.
  • Rehome and set teach pins for robots.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in CNC mechanical and electrical maintenance.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics.
  • 1-2 years of multicraft experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of multicraft experience preferred.
  • No formal education or certifications required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
