We are seeking an experienced and motivated Body Shop Manager to lead our collision repair department. This position offers a competitive salary, benefits, and the opportunity to work with a growing, customer-focused team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the body shop and manage workflow efficiently
- Write estimates and manage repair orders
- Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and technicians throughout the repair process
- Monitor production schedules to ensure timely vehicle delivery
- Maintain quality control standards and customer satisfaction
- Manage parts ordering and inventory as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Train, coach, and support body shop staff
- Track and achieve departmental sales and profitability goals
Qualifications:
- Previous body shop management experience required
- Proficiency with CCC ONE estimating software
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds dealership management software
- Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures, insurance claims, and estimating
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
