The Call Center Representative is responsible to successfully handle all incoming phone calls. .This person must be able to answer all questions regarding services provided by facility. and other general questions. They will also be responsible to forward any detailed concerns to appropriate department for further assistance and referrals. This position must portray the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Answer all incoming phone calls within 3 rings in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Efficiently locate the patient's account and understand their question / concern.
- Document the details of the phone call and their concern accurately as instructed according to departmental standards, policies, and procedures.
- Accurately maintain call center statistics via the use of our electronic tasking system.
- Process information into systems as assigned in a timely manner and according to departmental standards, policies and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualified Candidate will demonstrate strength in the following::
·Extraordinary customer service skills, including telephone voice use and knowledge of service verbiage.
·Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
·General computer skills required, including the ability to use the internet and learn other computer applications successfully. Must demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
·Excellent Problem Solving Skills necessary.
· Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
· Ability to relate and communicate well with a diverse population.
· Ability to work within a team setting.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
·Current CA RN, CA LPT, or CA LVN license, and Current CPR and CPI certifications
·2 Years Customer Service experience, preferred
·Experience in a call center or a front office setting, healthcare preferred
