Job Summary
We are seeking an exciting charismatic persuasive person that has the ability to captivate individuals and make sales. Sales Representative would join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have " SOME "of these traits, skills and experiences : tele-communication sales, furniture sales , appliance sales , building supplies sales, cabinet sales , decking sales, metal roofing sales, exterior and interior door sales , cell phone sales with a proven track record for at least one year. This role requires excellent phone skills and the ability to generate leads, and a passion for delivering results. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing and calling on existing accounts.
Pay Plan: Base Hourly - Plus Monthly Commission - Plus Monthly Bonuses | Possible Annual Pay: $65,500 (low) - $90,000 (high)

Hours of Operation: Monday - Saturday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Duties
- Follow up on system to set appointments and sell products.
- Manage and record all appointments/sales working with floor managers.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Provide technical sales support and quotes to clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and social medial posts..
- Work with Store Manager to meet goals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for upselling products or services.
- Working from Lincolnton Ga location .
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.

- Handle excessive inbound and missed calls.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and works well with others.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships.
- A proactive approach to lead generation and territory management.
