Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they walk onto our lot and make them feel genuinely welcome.
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand exactly what our neighbors in Corpus Christi need in a vehicle.
- Walk customers through our inventory, explaining the features and benefits of our latest models.
- Coordinate and lead test drives to ensure customers feel confident in their choices.
- Communicate with our finance team to help structure clear, fair deals.
- Follow up with past visitors to answer lingering questions and ensure their long-term satisfaction.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Natural ability to listen and build rapport with people from all walks of life.
- Strong organizational habits and comfort with basic computer software.
- Persistence and a positive, glass-half-full outlook on daily challenges.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is helpful, but not required.
