We are looking to add new BDC representatives to our Dealership BDC team. The BDC Representative will ensure that customer experiences are a priority and assist our sales reps with scheduling and confirming appointments. Our ideal candidate will have exemplary CRM follow-up processes to execute daily action plans set in place by their team leader. Compensation:
$54,000 - $80,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales staff in meeting or exceeding sales goals by providing sales training to drive best practices in follow-up communication, and closing deals
- Increase customer retention and referrals by maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in all vehicle sales
- Track sales efforts by maintaining an accurate record of customer data within the CRM system
- Oversee all day-to-day activities within the automotive dealership with a focus on high employee and customer morale
Qualifications:
- Stellar organizational, computer, leadership, financial, sales management, and interpersonal skills are crucial
- Requires expert working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations on auto sales and the automotive industry, overall
- Maintain a valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required - highly qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree or some college
