Job Description

Our client is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing a pipeline of drug candidates designed to improve the benefits of therapies for patients.


Duties:

  • Manage a wide range of contract-related activities supporting corporate development initiatives
  • Negotiate, structure, and administer contractual documents with vendors, customers, and partners
  • Serve as a liaison between Corporate Development, Sales, Legal, and technical teams on contractual matters
  • Analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and other requirements
  • Track contract performance, compliance, and key deliverables
  • Monitor contract progress and assist in compiling performance, financial, and compliance reports
  • Compile and manage contractual data for budgeting, financial tracking, cost reimbursements, and billing
  • Communicate contract updates and changes to key stakeholders
  • Maintain contract databases, documentation, and customer records
  • Provide reporting and insights to senior management
  • Support additional contract-related activities and special projects as needed

  • Experience planning, developing, and recommending strategies to meet contract goals and objectives
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of contract compliance, policies, and procedures
  • Proficiency in tracking, reporting, and managing contract-related financials and documentation


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field required
  • Advanced degree or professional certification is a plus
  • Minimum of 4 years of directly related contracts management experience
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry preferred
  • Prior experience managing external relationships required
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
