Remote Employment Law Partner Qualifications
- 10 years of experience with an exclusive employment litigation defense background.
- Extensive experience in school district defense, wage and hour audits, and compliance documentation including employee handbook development is required.
- Required expertise in school district defense, including Title IX, ADA, FMLA, and wage/hour audit compliance.
- Must be located in California and active bar admission
