Pay Range: $23/hr - $31/hr, based on experience
Shifts: 7am-3pm | 3pm-11pm | 11pm-7am (rotating every 6 weeks)
Join our team and keep production running strong! As our Maintenance Mechanic, you'll play a hands-on role making sure our equipment performs at its best every day.

What You'll Do
- Keep production equipment in top shape with routine maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot and fix electrical and mechanical issues quickly and effectively
- Work with a variety of machines - from presses and cutters to conveyors and bindery equipment
- Use tools ranging from micrometers and calipers to welders and lathes to repair, adjust, or even fabricate parts
- Rotate through a 3-shift schedule with overtime opportunities to support production needs
What You'll Bring
- Experience with precision measuring tools and test equipment
- Strong mechanical skills using both hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and blueprints
- Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Physical ability to lift, move, and work with equipment and parts (up to 50 lbs)
