About the Role As QC Manager, You Will:
- Conduct thorough inspections of homes to ensure they meet Valors exceptional quality standards.
- Collaborate with builders and subcontractors to address and resolve quality concerns.
- Maintain detailed documentation of inspections and follow-up actions.
As Warranty Technician, You Will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners with warranty concerns.
- Deescalate customer issues with professionalism and empathy, ensuring homeowner satisfaction.
- Assess and address warranty issues promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with trade partners to schedule and complete repairs.
- Handle drywall repairs, paint touchups, and other minor fixes with expertise.

- Proven experience in construction, quality control, or warranty services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with homeowners, builders, and trade partners effectively.

- The ability to deescalate customer concerns with tact and empathy.
- Reliability and accountability, with access to dependable transportation.
- Possession of your own tools and proficiency in drywall and paint touchups.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with construction processes and homebuilding standards is a plus.

Base Salary: $55-$65K + bonuses
Total estimated compensation: $75K- 100K+
