Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to assist guests with their inquiries regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing guest inquiries and providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Assist guests with reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently, processing payments and managing guest accounts.
- Stock and maintain the pantry area, ensuring it is well-organized and fully stocked.
- Handle sales transactions for pantry items, providing excellent service to guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
Position pay starts at $13.00 per hour with the opportunity to participate in health and other benefit programs.
