Part-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Adult Primary Care
Winchester, VA | 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM | No Pediatrics | No Weekends

Mint Workforce is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a part-time role at an onsite employer health center in Winchester, Virginia. You’ll care for adult employees of a respected corporate client in a calm, well-run clinic. You’ll get the clinical work you love, with a morning schedule that leaves the rest of your day free.

Pay
- $75-90 per hour, based on experience
What You’ll Do
- Provide adult primary care to employees at an onsite health center
- Perform patient assessments, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Provide preventive care, health education and follow-up
- Collaborate with the clinic team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care
What You’ll Need
- Adult-Gerontology NP, Adult NP or Family NP, or a certified PA (PA-C)
- Active Virginia NP or PA license (or eligible)
- Primary care experience
- Current BLS certification
- DEA registration
- EMR experience
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional bedside manner
