Job Title: CyberArk PAM consultant

Job Description:
- Monitor and maintain CyberArk Conjur and AAM environments
- Perform routine health checks patching and upgrades of CyberArk infrastructure
- Ensure high availability and performance of CyberArk services
- Provide L2L3 support for CyberArk Conjur AAM and CORE PAS
- Investigate and resolve incidents service requests and performance issues
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Support onboarding of custom web applications and thirdparty systems
- Assist in implementing and maintaining custom connectors
- Ensure secure integration with enterprise applications and databases
- Maintain uptodate documentation for operational procedures and configurations
- Create knowledge base articles and SOPs for recurring issues and tasks
- Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to internal teams and customers
- Implement and enforce secure access policies for privileged accounts
- Ensure compliance with internal security standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management PAM principles
- Handson experience with CyberArk CORE PAS Conjur and AAM
- Familiarity with CyberArk REST APIs and custom connector development
- Proven troubleshooting and problemsolving skills in enterprise environments
- Experience in supporting and maintaining CyberArk infrastructure
- Relevant CyberArk certifications eg Defender Sentry CDEGuardian are highly desirable
- Ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
Qualifications
- 6 to 8 years of experience in implementing and managing PAM solutions for an enterprise
- Bachelors degree in information technology computer science or a related discipline
- Knowledge and understanding across a wide range of technology domains and application frameworks and have ability to quickly grasp relationships of various disciplines
- Excellent communication skills with strong business and technical vision
- Experience demonstrating strong selfmotivation and accountability
