Job Description We are seeking a dependable Facility Maintenance employee to support the daily cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of our client’s manufacturing facility. This position combines routine cleaning tasks with seasonal outdoor work and basic maintenance duties. Responsibilities:
- Clean lunchroom bathrooms, and locker rooms daily. Vacuum and clean office areas once a week
- Sweep the shop floor and perform general oiling of machines
- Seasonal grass cutting/trimming and seasonal snow shoveling/snow blowing
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift and change light bulbs using a scissor lift
- Make occasional supply runs
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous janitorial or facility maintenance experience
- Ability to safely operate a scissor lift and forklift
- Valid driver’s license for supply runs
- Ability to life up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
