We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team on 2nd shift in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically strong, and experienced working with automated manufacturing equipment in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
- Support robotic cells, stamping presses, welding equipment, and automated assembly lines
- Diagnose equipment failures and perform root cause analysis
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
