Sparta, TN

Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm M-F

Pay: $40,000 – $45,000 per year + Bonus potential

First Team Staffing Services is seeking a dependable and motivated individual for a Front End Loader Operator in Sparta, TN. This position focuses on managing site operations, coordinating deliveries, and operating equipment—without direct employee supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a front end loader and screener to move, sort, and load sand
• Load trucks efficiently while maintaining strict safety standards
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Maintain the shop and site to ensure clean, safe, and efficient operations
• Communicate effectively with upper management and office staff
• Keep accurate records of loads, deliveries, and site activity

Qualifications:

• Experience operating front end loaders and screening equipment
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage site operations independently
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
