We're looking for a seasoned Service Advisor to join our team and provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with customers, providing regular updates on their truck repairs and addressing any concerns.
• Technician Coordination: Collaborate closely with technicians to track repair progress and ensure timely completion.
• Estimate Preparation: Prepare accurate repair estimates and explain them clearly to customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Prior experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive or truck industry setting is a must.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel and CDK (preferred) is necessary for efficient data management.
• Bilingual (Preferred): Fluency in Spanish and English is a plus to cater to a wider customer base.
• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with customers and technicians.
