WHAT YOULL DO:
- Support Our Sales Team: Youll be the glue that holds things together, managing daily tasks like creating proposals, preparing reports, and making sure everything runs smoothly for our sales reps.
- Build Relationships: Youll keep clients feeling cared for and supported, responding to inquiries and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales team.
- Manage Data: Youll keep our CRM up to date, track sales milestones, and help identify key trends to keep the sales team on track and ahead of the game.
- Documentation Mastery: Youll ensure contracts and job details are accurate, organized, and processed on time, keeping everything flowing seamlessly.
- Help Us Stay on Track: Youll assist in preparing regular sales reports, monitor KPIs, and help the team stay focused on goals.
- Be the Go-To Expert: With your knowledge of our products and services, youll answer questions, provide support, and help sales reps wow clients with the right info at the right time.
- Coordinate & Communicate: Youll schedule meetings, follow-up calls, and demos, making sure everything is in place for the sales team to shine.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Organized and Efficient: You love keeping everything in orderwhether its managing schedules, tracking progress, or helping out the team with anything they need.
- Customer-Centered: Youre all about people! Your professional communication style and eagerness to help make you a natural fit for a client-facing role.
- Tech-Savvy: Youre comfortable with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), Google Suite, and other sales tools. You use tech to work smarter, not harder.
- Detail-Oriented: You get that the little things matterwhether its double-checking a proposal or ensuring data accuracy.
- Great Communicator: Whether in person, on the phone, or over email, you know how to communicate clearly and with a positive attitude that builds rapport with clients and teammates.
