Job Summary
The Application Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, security, and ongoing support of enterprise banking applications and data management. This role ensures applications are reliable, secure, performant, and aligned with business needs, while also serving as a liaison between IT, vendors, and end users.
Job Responsibilities
•Maintain bank systems and recurring processes including automation, scheduling, and end-user support.
•Maintain multiple Fiserv, Deluxe, and Argo applications functionality and connectivity.
•Configure validation rules, workflows, automation, and business logic with Fiserv Nautilus.
•Support integrations between core banking systems and Fiserv applications.
•Conduct periodic reviews of user access and security settings.
•Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
•Administer and support company database systems.
•Install, configure, upgrade, and patch enterprise applications.
•Monitor logs, services, scheduled jobs, report delivery, and integrations.
•Troubleshoot application errors, performance issues, and outages.
•Collaborate with external vendors to resolve application issues.
•Provide Tier 2/3 application support.
•Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or similar field
•3+ years of working experience with core banking and related systems.
•3+ year experience with Fiserv Nautilus/Document Storage or Hyland OnBase
•Preferred experience with Fiserv banking solutions.
•Experience with Nintex or other RPA systems preferred.
•Experience in Microsoft SQL, SQL Query preferred.
•Scripting routine tasks (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a plus.
•Experience with application change management.
•Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Windows OS and Office products.
•Precise attention to detail, high level of organization.
•Ability to independently manage the details of multiple projects, to track activities and meet deadlines.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

•Must be able to work effectively at a computer for extended periods of time
•Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
•Regular attendance is necessary
•Ability to lift paper boxes and PC equipment
