• Manage multi-line phone systems, including answering and routing inbound calls efficiently.

• Address inquiries and provide concierge-level services to assist guests effectively.
• Ensure the front desk area remains tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline front desk operations and improve guest experiences.

• Respond promptly to any issues or concerns raised by visitors or staff.• Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and handling inbound calls.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
