Aerial experience is preferred.<br>Qualifications<br>

<li>Must understand construction prints/maps, locates, safety requirements, and production tracking</li>
<li>Strong leadership and communication skills required</li>
<li>Experience managing fiber installation and directional drilling crews</li>
<li>Ability to maintain quality control and ensure production goals are met</li>
<li>Supervise field crews and daily operations</li>
<li>Coordinate production and job site activities</li>
<li>Ensure safety compliance and quality workmanship</li>
<li>Communicate with management, inspectors, and contractors</li>
<li>Maintain project timelines and workflow efficiency</li>
