JOB SUMMARY
Our Operation Manager position is responsible for managing and working in any department as needed. This position requires attention to detail, multi-tasking, and leadership skills to name a few. Some tasks that will be expected are front desk coverage, working in our food and beverage outlets, and helping in housekeeping or maintenance departments.

  • Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and maintain sanitary conditions
  • Strong skills in oral and written communication and computer knowledge
  • Cash handling skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Food & Beverage
  • Preferred knowledge in a PMS (depending on brand: FOSSE, Lightspeed, SynXis. etc.)
