JOB SUMMARY
Our Operation Manager position is responsible for managing and working in any department as needed. This position requires attention to detail, multi-tasking, and leadership skills to name a few. Some tasks that will be expected are front desk coverage, working in our food and beverage outlets, and helping in housekeeping or maintenance departments.

Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and maintain sanitary conditions
Strong skills in oral and written communication and computer knowledge
Cash handling skills
Excellent knowledge of Food & Beverage
Preferred knowledge in a PMS (depending on brand: FOSSE, Lightspeed, SynXis. etc.)
