We are looking for hardworking individuals to join our production team in Fowlerville as Mold Operators and Industrial Painters. Whether you’re an early bird or a night owl, we have a spot for you!
Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour
Day, Afternoon &amp; Night Shift

The Roles
Mold Operators:
<ul>
<li>Set up and operate molding machines to produce high-quality parts.</li>
<li>Monitor equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and ensure production targets are met.</li>
<li>Inspect finished products for defects to maintain quality standards.</li>
</ul>
Industrial Painters:
<ul>
<li>Prepare surfaces for coating (cleaning, sanding, masking).</li>
<li>Ensure even coverage and a high-quality finish on all manufactured parts.</li>
<li>Wrap completed parts</li>
</ul>

<li>Safety First: You follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.</li>
<li>Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods</li>
<li>Previous experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates!</li>
