Schedule: M-F 8-5 on call as needed, adjust for meeting attendance

What We Have For You:
As a rapidly growing, full-service real estate firm, we offer services in commercial property management, residential property management, association management, commercial sales & leasing, residential home sales, and business sales. Your exposure to All Things Real Estate will give you a broad understanding of a dynamic, multi-entity business and the opportunity to make a true impact at the leadership level.
The Scope of Work
- Lead/manage/accountability of direct reports which includes but not limited to, day to day task management, training for each role, cross training for each role, approval of time of requests, performance reviews, process and procedure changes and implementation.
- Take the lead on all new HOA’s and Single Family Homes that join the PJMRE portfolio. Act as PM for first 3-6 months and successfully transition to long term manager.
- Manage the transition of all HOA’s and SFH’s that have a manager change with in the PJMRE portfolio.
- Manage the HOA’s meeting calendar and attend/assist at meeting as needed.
- Maintain a limited portfolio.
- Take the lead on all planning of seasonal tasks for the department, snow bids, lawn bids, gutter cleaning, sprinklers, winterization, budgets and others as assigned.
- Assist in the hiring process for your department.
- You will take the lead on all customer issues/complaints related to your department and follow up until resolved.
- You will lead your team on all emergency and storm related concerns as they arise, leading the way on communication to team, tenants and owners.
- Back up to Manager of Commercial Property Management.

- Continuous learning is a priority to you and will be expected from your team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
- Real estate license preferred but not required, although candidate will be required to obtain in first year of employment in all states we do business.
- Previous experience in property management.
