Lone Star Dental Arts is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our laboratory team with case intake, workflow tracking, and coordination with our dental office partners.

This role does not involve any technical or production work. Instead, you will be the administrative backbone of our lab, making sure every case moves through the process on time and every dental office stays informed.

How You Will Contribute

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely, professional manner.
  • Receive and log incoming cases accurately and promptly.
  • Organize and manage the laboratory case workflow from intake through completion.
  • Track due dates and prioritize cases to keep production on schedule.
  • Prepare and ship outgoing cases with care and accuracy.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with our dental office partners regarding case status, timelines, and other administrative matters.

Requirements:

Education & Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with phone systems, email, and basic office software.

Preferred:

  • Prior administrative experience in a dental, medical, or laboratory setting.
  • Familiarity with case management or scheduling software.
  • Experience coordinating with external clients or offices.
