Now Hiring: 3rd Shift Laser Operator – $21.75/hr + Full-Time Hours!

Located in the Little Canada, MN area

We’re looking for a motivated and mechanically inclined individual to join a top manufacturing team on 3rd shift. If you're comfortable around machinery, can read a tape measure, and want a long-term opportunity — this job is for you.

Pay & Shift Details:

Pay: $21.75/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire
Weekly Pay – OT available

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operating high-tech laser cutting machines
Using cranes or forklifts to load steel parts
Reading blueprints and job specs
Measuring parts for precision using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
Packaging and prepping finished metal products
Maintaining a clean and safe work area

✅ Who We’re Looking For:

Can read a tape measure accurately
Can read and understand blueprints
Comfortable with fractions, decimals, and shop math
Experienced with CNC or fabrication equipment (preferred)
Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
U.S. Citizen (required)
Has reliable transportation to Little Canada, MN
Willing to pass a drug test
No background check required
Steel toe boots not required
