Job DescriptionParking Attendant Immediately hiring for Parking Attendant to work the various shifts that rotate each week for a large apartment complex in Makiki. Schedule: Varies between &nbsp;swing shift 4:00pm- 11:00pm and grave shift Midnight -8:00am (must be flexible and available for both shifts) &nbsp; Payrate:&nbsp;$18 per hour Job Description: We are looking for parking attendants to greet tenants upon enter and exit of large apartment complex and maintain a high visibility presence. The goal is to observe and report by walking around property parking garage. &nbsp; &nbsp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Preserve company’s property by maintaining a safe environment for everyone.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences.</li>
<li>Report any suspicious incidents in&nbsp;detail.</li>
<li>Monitor by logging in/out tenants upon enter and exit of vehicle gates. &nbsp; &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Requirements:

<li>Must be able to commit to schedule and show up to work on time</li>
<li>Must be able to be greet tenants in a professional manner</li>
<li>Must have excellent communication skills&nbsp;</li>
