Hey there!

We're on the lookout for a handy Building Maintenance Technician to lend a hand with the nitty-gritty upkeep at our swanky apartment complex. Think basic carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and all those other odd jobs that keep things running smoothly. Plus, you'll get to show off your skills by installing ceiling fans, changing outlets, and more.

Our work hours are super chill - you'll be clocking in from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. So, if you're handy with tools and up for a bit of a challenge, we'd love to have you on board!

If you've got some experience in building maintenance, know your way around basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing repairs, and have your own tools, we're looking for someone like you. We need reliable and dependable folks to join our team. Oh, and before I forget, passing a background check and drug screen is a must.
