ComResource is looking for a Store Analyst – Help Desk.
We need someone to assist in supporting store technology operations to ensure efficient transactions and minimal disruption to sales.
Responsibilities:
- Support store technology processes impacting sales
- Perform hardware and software deployment activities
- Manage tickets in Jira Service Management to meet SLAs
- Maintain knowledge base documentation
- Provide administrative support for projects
Essentials:
- 0–2 years call center experience (Home Office or Retail)
- Experience with Jira Service Management
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work onsite during onboarding (M–F 8–5)
- Ability to work Wednesday–Saturday 10am–8pm
- Hybrid schedule after onboarding (onsite once weekly)
Desired:
- Retail environment experience
