ComResource is looking for a Store Analyst – Help Desk.

We need someone to assist in supporting store technology operations to ensure efficient transactions and minimal disruption to sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Support store technology processes impacting sales
  • Perform hardware and software deployment activities
  • Manage tickets in Jira Service Management to meet SLAs
  • Maintain knowledge base documentation
  • Provide administrative support for projects

Essentials:

  • 0–2 years call center experience (Home Office or Retail)
  • Experience with Jira Service Management
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work onsite during onboarding (M–F 8–5)
  • Ability to work Wednesday–Saturday 10am–8pm
  • Hybrid schedule after onboarding (onsite once weekly)

Desired:

  • Retail environment experience
