Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Help Desk Analyst I to join our team on a Contract basis in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In this role, you will assist with hardware setup and breakdown, support shipping processes, and ensure accurate tracking of shipped equipment. The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on experience in a fast-paced, Windows-based environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the setup and disassembly of hardware and equipment.
• Prepare hardware for shipping, including boxing and labeling items.
• Track and log shipments to ensure accurate documentation and delivery.
• Provide basic troubleshooting support for hardware and software issues.
• Manage service desk tickets and ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
• Utilize Active Directory to handle user account management and access control.
• Work with Microsoft Windows 10 systems to perform essential maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to address technical challenges efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures during hardware configuration.• Proficiency in Active Directory for managing user accounts and permissions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and its functionalities.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues effectively.
• Familiarity with service desk ticket systems and processes.
• Excellent organizational skills for tracking and documenting shipments.
• Previous experience in hardware setup and shipping processes is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members.
• Ability to adapt to a Windows-based environment and learn industry-specific tools quickly.
