JOB REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation & delivery of an approved curriculum based on institutional coursework, lesson plans, and syllabi.
- Regularly monitor student attendance and academic progress.
- Maintain communication with all students who are deemed academically at-risk
- Work with students to address any issues that may impede their academic progress.
- Respond to student retention and classroom management issu
- Promote a positive academic learning environment with professional appearance and attitude.
- Cultivate cooperative learning by maintaining academic standards.
- Bachelors Degree or greater in the health sciences field a plusCompletion of Sonography Principles and Instrumentation (SPI) certification Required no exception
- Current active registration with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in any specialty
- Three (3) min professional & practical experience working as an Ultrasound Technician/Medical Diagnostic Sonographer.
- Must be able to demonstrate a command of theory and practice, contemporary knowledge, and continuing study in their field.
- Technical expertise in all of the subjects in which the Faculty member will be teaching.
- Knowledge and understanding of the professional career paths and demands of the field.
- Ability to inspire students to the highest level of achievement.
- Motivation and enthusiasm for teaching and having sensitivity to student needs and interests.
- Passion for helping students to attain their career goals.
- Integrity and cleanliness of ultra sound lab a must
Schedule: May be required for AM class 8:00AM to 12:00PM and/or PM class 5:30PM to 9:30PM

- Monday to Friday
