About the Role:

Unit Manager responsibilities include:

Providing leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, including direct care, supervision, and mentoring

Ensuring high-quality patient care and satisfaction by working closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Managing and coordinating the delivery of patient care services, including medication management, wound care, and respiratory therapy

Maintaining accurate records, reports, and charts to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and company policies

Building and maintaining positive relationships with patients, families, and visitors

Collaborating with other departments, such as therapy, dietary, and environmental services, to ensure seamless coordination of care

Participating in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

0 years of experience as a nurse manager or in a related leadership role

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio

$30.00 to $46.00 depending on licensure and experience.

Proven track record of successful leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting
