Role Description The Physical Therapist role is a full-time, on-site position based at Apex Physical Therapy LLC in Germantown, TN. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, perform detailed assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving overall mobility. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, educating patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals as needed. The role also involves maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes. The Physical Therapist will contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered environment and uphold high standards of professional ethics and clinical quality.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge in outpatient settings.
- Demonstrated expertise in Rehabilitation, including designing and implementing evidence-based treatment programs.
- Commitment to high-quality Patient Care, emphasizing empathy, safety, and clear communication.
- Experience or interest in Home Care planning, including developing effective home exercise programs and follow-up strategies.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (or eligibility for licensure in Tennessee).
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited degree.
- Effective interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills, with the ability to manage a varied caseload.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and engage with the local community.
