Thrive Trucking Inc., an independent contracted service provider for FedEx Ground, is seeking motivated, reliable, and safety-conscious Delivery Drivers to join our growing team in Cookeville, Tennessee.
Our drivers are an essential part of our success. We're looking for individuals who take pride in their work, value safety, and enjoy working independently while being part of a supportive team.

What You'll Do
- Safely operate FedEx delivery vehicles, including box trucks and cargo vans.
- Deliver and pick up packages along assigned routes.
- Load, organize, and secure packages for efficient delivery.
- Use GPS navigation and handheld scanning devices.
- Provide professional, friendly customer service.
- Complete daily vehicle safety inspections.
- Follow all FedEx service standards, company policies, and traffic laws.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and meet daily performance expectations.
- Communicate with management regarding route issues, delays, or safety concerns.
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
- Ability to pass required background checks, drug screening, and driver qualification requirements.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs independently and heavier packages with appropriate assistance or equipment.
- Comfortable driving larger delivery vehicles.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous FedEx, UPS, Amazon, or other delivery experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Opportunities
- Starting pay: $140–$150 per day
- Weekly pay – every Friday
