Salary Range: $73,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing of manufactured products.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts and tools to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Calibrate and maintain test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Document test procedures, results, and non-conformance reports.
• Participate in product development lifecycle reviews to ensure testability and quality from the design phase.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and potential quality issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases for manufactured products.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, C#) for test automation.
• Experience with various testing methodologies (e.g., functional, performance, regression, stress testing).
• Familiarity with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing or other simulation-based testing environments.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards (e.g., ISO 9001).

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) for manufacturing software testing
• - Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
• - Understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC UA)
• - Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) principles and application
