Job Title: Pre-Litigation Paralegal

We are an established and reputable boutique personal injury law firm in Denver, known for delivering exceptional service and outstanding outcomes—without the bureaucracy. We're currently seeking a high-performing Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join our team and hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a full caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters independently

Obtain, review, and summarize medical records and bills

Prepare damage summaries including medical expenses, lost wages, and property damage

Draft and send demand letters to insurance companies

Communicate with clients regularly regarding case status

Coordinate property damage claims and rental/replacement vehicles if applicable

Organize and prepare files for disbursement and final resolution

Proactively push cases forward with strategic follow-up and negotiation
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a pre-litigation personal injury paralegal

Strong knowledge of medical terminology and insurance claim processes

Excellent writing, organizational, and case management skills

Comfortable with client communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Experience with Neos case management software is a plus

BA/BS or paralegal certificate preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $65,000–$85,000 DOE
-
PTO: 80 hours accrued annually + 7 paid holidays

Flexible 8-hour workday, no overtime, weekends, or late nights

Health insurance stipend: $400/month (or added to pay if not used after 30 days of employment)
