Job Description

Our client is a growing global law firm that is continuing it's expansion in the Bay Area. The firm offers a diverse and challenging workplace where collaborative professionals thrive. They are currently looking for a Corporate Secretary to be located in their San Francisco office.


4 onsite/1 remote hybrid schedule.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations for assigned attorneys, balancing workloads and escalating resource needs as required.
  • Provide advanced administrative and technical support, including document preparation, correspondence, presentations, and adherence to firm policies and procedures.
  • Manage attorney calendars, email, travel, expenses, and meeting logistics, ensuring proactive coordination and timely follow-up.
  • Maintain organized electronic files and support the full matter lifecycle, including client intake, conflicts, engagement letters, budgeting, billing, and matter close-out.
  • Support business development and client service initiatives while serving as a professional liaison to internal departments, clients, courts, and external contacts; contribute to team coverage and training efforts as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent grammar, attention to detail, and ability to draft professional correspondence.
  • Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning and using firm technology systems.


Salary: Up to 125K, some flexibility depending on experience.
