About the Role

Our client, a $3B professional services firm, is hiring a Data & Insights Analyst to support a corporate transactions-focused team. This is a highly visible, data-driven role where you’ll extract, analyze, and translate information into actionable insights for key stakeholders. You’ll navigate internal knowledge systems, respond to data requests, and build visualizations that help guide decision-making across active projects. This role also plays a key part in improving how data is structured, accessed, and leveraged through automation and emerging technologies.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and interpret data tied to corporate and transactional activity
  • Navigate and maintain internal knowledge databases, resource centers, and data repositories
  • Build dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (Power BI) to deliver clear, actionable insights
  • Respond to ad hoc data requests and queries with accuracy and speed
  • Analyze data across multiple projects to identify trends, patterns, and key takeaways
  • Support process improvements, including automation of manual workflows and integration of AI tools
  • Contribute to enhancements of knowledge systems to improve usability, accessibility, and data integrity
  • Assist with coordination and execution of data and innovation-related initiatives


Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in a professional services or corporate environment focused on data analysis
  • Strong Excel skills; experience building reports and working with large data sets
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Ability to navigate and work within databases and internal systems
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with stakeholders
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
