We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Contract Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. This role plays a critical part in managing the full contract lifecycle—from drafting and redlining to execution—while partnering closely with Legal and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong contract management experience, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset to support business objectives while minimizing risk.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management & Lifecycle Support

  • Review, draft, and redline various agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, and commercial sales contracts.
  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Maintain version control and track contract progress through negotiation, approval, and signature stages.
  • Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping within contract management systems.
  • Monitor contract compliance, key milestones, renewals, and obligations.

Legal & Compliance Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Legal to ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Identify contractual risks and propose alternative language or mitigation strategies.
  • Support audit and reporting requirements related to contract activity.

Sales Operations & Deal Support

  • Act as a key liaison for Sales teams on contract processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Support deal execution by balancing speed and compliance in contract negotiations.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving contract templates, playbooks, and workflows.
  • Provide reporting and insights on contract volume, cycle times, and performance metrics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Work with Sales, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to align contract terms with business needs.
  • Contribute to improvements in the quote-to-cash process to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of experience in Contract Management, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Legal Operations, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience reviewing and redlining commercial contracts.
  • Strong understanding of contract terms, structures, and risk considerations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and/or CLM tools (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Conga).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Sales teams in a B2B SaaS or subscription-based environment.
  • Familiarity with pricing models, discounting strategies, and quote-to-cash processes.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks and risk management in commercial contracts.
