What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily workflow
- Check clients in and out with accuracy and care
- Maintain medical records and handle client communications
- Support the veterinary team with smooth, efficient frontdesk operations
- Provide comfort, reassurance, and clear information to pet owners
