About the Role
A premier, board-certified plastic surgery practice is seeking an experienced and polished Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for potential and existing patients. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong sales mindset, and a passion for delivering a luxury-level patient experience.
As a Concierge, you’ll handle incoming inquiries, follow up with interested patients, and guide them through their consultation journey—balancing professionalism, empathy, and discretion in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for all incoming patient calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Provide detailed information on available procedures, consultations, and treatment options in alignment with the surgeon’s guidance.
- Proactively pursue and follow up on leads, maintaining consistent communication to convert inquiries into consultations and procedures.
- Support and schedule patient consultations, ensuring a seamless, luxury experience from first contact to post-visit follow-up.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with patients through exceptional service and personalized care.
- Maintain patient records and track inquiries using CRM or scheduling software.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in patient communication.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical, spa, or luxury hospitality setting; experience in plastic surgery or aesthetics is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and effectively managing leads.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A demeanor suitable for a high-end medical practice.
