Job Description:
We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst 2 to support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors. This administrative role involves tracking requests, coordinating access, and ensuring compliance while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and track onboarding/offboarding requests for completeness and accuracy.
- Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing and account management tasks.
- Verify account setups and ensure proper access rights and group memberships.
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers regarding the status of requests.
- Maintain a high level of customer service while adhering to SLAs.
Required Skills:
- Associate degree or 2+ years of help desk support experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and reporting.
- Experience with Helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
