A well-established defense litigation law firm in Woodland Hills is seeking an experienced Certified Litigation Paralegal to join its team. This is a full-time, onsite role supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation.
Responsibilities include:
• Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, discovery, and appellate documents
• Managing case files, deadlines, discovery, and exhibits
• Conducting legal research and trial preparation
• Assisting with interrogatories and document production
• Supporting attorneys during hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• Coordinating with courts, clients, and outside vendors
Qualifications:
• 5+ years litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting
• Paralegal certification required
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court rules
• Proficiency with WordPerfect, Excel, Outlook, E-Copy, Westlaw, Automated Forms, and e-filing systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
• $32–$40/hr, DOE
