Position Type: 12 Months contract with possible extension
Pay Rate $32/hr with benefits
Hybrid position
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in technical field or College Degree in Trades
Requirements:
- Technical or mechanical aptitude/Hands-on experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills are essential
- Strong customer related communications and interpersonal skills necessary
- Proficient at navigating Microsoft Office and web-based programs
- Good home internet connection
- French language an asset
Responsibilities:
- This role will be responsible for providing our customers, distribution partners, and sales reps with technical support on our adhesives products and solutions through our technical helpline.
- The candidate will be responsible for providing timely support for technical inquiries via phone, email, and web chat.
- Candidate will need to visualize mechanical situations and work with customers to determine the best products to use, while identifying potential leads.
- This position provides an entry into the world of adhesives - staff in this role are highly regarded as experts in the adhesive world.
- Candidate will be expected to be available for on-site technical training as needed. Will work remotely but in person (onsite) for trainings.
