We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this vital role, you will serve as a key partner in managing human capital strategies, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. You will help shape our organizational culture, support talent development, and help develop long term HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates recruiting efforts including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding procedures such as employee orientation and training & development programs.
- Oversee employee relations initiatives by addressing workplace concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Administer leave management such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act).
- Assist with administration and maintenance of company-wide human resources records, policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements.
- Support performance management activities through employee evaluation processes, goal setting, and succession planning efforts.
- Drive organizational initiatives by assisting with change management projects, implementing new HR policies, and supporting strategic planning efforts for talent management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management principles.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law compliance requirements such as FMLA.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
