We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers / CNAs to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team on the day shift.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, working as part of a supportive team, and building meaningful relationships with residents.\nWhy You’ll Love This Role\n • Meaningful work supporting residents’ independence and dignity\n • Collaborative care team environment\n • Opportunities to build strong relationships with residents and families\n • Stable full-time schedule with benefits eligibility\nWhat You’ll Do\n • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility\n • Support residents with meals, hydration, and personal care needs\n • Respond promptly to resident call systems and emergency pendants\n • Escort residents to activities and encourage engagement in community life\n • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the care team\n • Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident environments\n • Document care and services provided according to care plans\nWhat We’re Looking For\n • CNA certification (preferred or required per state regulation)\n • High school diploma or equivalent preferred\n • Experience working with older adults or in a healthcare setting preferred\n • CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)\n • Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills\n • Ability to work as part of a team and provide person-centered care\nThis is more than a caregiving job — it’s an opportunity to provide comfort, dignity, and meaningful support to residents every day.\n\n\nBenefits:\nTouchmark is dedicated to providing the best for our residents, and it all begins with providing the best for our employees.
