Were currently seeking a Part Time Maintenance Technician to support the safety, comfort, and functionality of our hotel and restaurant operations.
What Youll Do:
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming hotel environment for guests and team members
- Perform routine preventative maintenance in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house
- Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests with professionalism and follow-through
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building issues
- Check pool and spa for chemical balance and functionality
- Maintain logs, complete checklists, and report unusual findings to leadership
- Ensure minimal equipment downtime by keeping key parts stocked and ready
- Assist during emergencies including power outages, floods, or weather-related events
- Keep work areas clean and organized, and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Uphold company standards for appearance, performance, and guest service
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: Proven property maintenance skills; prior hotel maintenance tech experience preferred
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting ability, organizational skills, and clear communication
- Professionalism: Positive attitude, customer service-focused, dependable
- Physical Ability: Able to lift and carry up to to 50 lbs, push/pull carts, stand/walk throughout shift
- Flexibility: Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Extras: Pool/spa maintenance experience a plus; additional language skills are a plus to communicate with international guests
