Pay: $65K–$70K/year
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Morning Shift
Type: Temp-to-Hire | 100% Onsite
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury/AP Accountant to support cash management, banking operations, accounts payable, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This is a great opportunity for an accounting or finance professional looking to grow their treasury and corporate finance experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily cash positions and bank balances.
- Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations.
- Support cash flow forecasting and treasury reporting.
- Process ACH, wire, and other banking transactions.
- Review and process vendor invoices and employee expenses.
- Manage weekly payment runs and resolve AP discrepancies.
- Prepare journal entries and support intercompany transactions.
- Assist with month-end close, audits, and SOX controls.
- Support process improvements and ERP/treasury system initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4–8+ years of accounting or treasury experience with strong cash management exposure.
- Experience with bank reconciliations, cash forecasting, and AP.
- ERP experience such as SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle.
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- Knowledge of ACH, wire transfers, banking operations, and internal controls.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Public company, SOX, IPO readiness, FX, or intercompany experience is a plus.
